What Is the Shift Key?
The Shift key is used to type capital letters (A–Z). Correct Shift usage is essential for professional and fast typing.
Golden Rule:
Use the opposite hand Shift key for the letter you are typing.
Correct Shift Key Usage
- Left-hand letter → Press Right Shift
- Right-hand letter → Press Left Shift
Never press Shift with the same hand as the letter.
